What You’ll Be Doing
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality medical and surgical care for our patients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Performing wellness and preventive care exams
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in dogs and cats
- Performing soft tissue surgery and dental procedures (based on experience and interest)
- Interpreting diagnostics including lab work, imaging, and clinical findings
- Developing treatment plans and communicating clearly with clients
- Collaborating with technicians and support staff for excellent patient care
- Providing compassionate care for both patients and their families
You’ll have the support, time, and tools you need to practice medicine confidently and continue growing clinically.

- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree and an active veterinary license (Virginia)

- Are confident in or eager to grow your clinical and surgical skills
