You are the first voice people hear on the phone and the first smile they see when they walk through our doors. You help guide clients through every step of their visit while making sure both pets and people feel supported, informed, and cared for.

The Heart of the Hospital
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in shaping the client experience from start to finish. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and stay organized helps the entire hospital run smoothly.
You will help with:
- Greeting clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and helping clients schedule appointments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting clients during both routine and emotional visits
- Communicating with doctors and technicians to ensure seamless care
- Keeping the day organized and flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment
